Farmer buggered at knifepoint?

GEORGE HENRY, STAR Writer

A 37-year-old delivery man accused of holding a man at
knife point and having forced sex with him, was charged with buggery recently.

The accused, from Christiana, Manchester, was charged after he and the complainant were found naked in a car and he told the
police nothing was wrong with having sex with a man. The complainant is a 23-year-old farmer from St. Ann.

The accused appeared in the Mandeville Resident Magistrate’s Court last Thursday and was granted bail to return on November 26.

‘Courting’

Police reported that since last year, the delivery man had been ‘courting’ the complainant and even spent a weekend with him at a guest house in central Jamaica.

Last April, he reportedly took the farmer to Little Ochie and Alligator Pond beach in Manchester. The farmer reported that while they were on the beach, he was held up with a knife and forced to have sex with the accused.

Later that night while patrolling the beach, a police party found the two men naked asleep in a car. When the accused was accosted by the police he reportedly became boisterous and threw away a pair of handcuffs.

The police reported that when the accused was taken into custody and was being cautioned, he allegedly remarked that nothing was wrong with having sex with a man.

Deviant bugger charged

A Manchester man charged with buggery, who allegedly told the arresting officer that nothing is wrong with having sex with another man, will face the Resident Magistrate’s court today on a buggery charge.

Howard Simpson, 37-year-old deliveryman of Christiana is to return to court today when his case will continue.

He is charged with buggery, indecent exposure and resisting arrest.

Reports are that Simpson began stalking the complainant early last year.

However, in April this year, he took the complainant in his car to Alligator Pond by the sea, where he used his knife to threaten the complainant’s life. Afterwards, he had sex with the farmer on the beach, both men were found some hours later in Simpson’s car, naked and asleep by the police.

When accosted, Simpson resisted arrest and allegedly asked the police: “What’s wrong with having sex with a man?” He reportedly threw away a pair of handcuffs belonging to the police into the sea. As a result, additional police had to be summoned to arrest the accused.

Star News Again – Lights out on gay party

Just a comment
On July 18 I posted a piece here called “Party Promoters Be Sensible”
where I sought to warn to these promoters and patrons about hosting and attending gay events in residential neighbourhoods and the behaviour of patrons attending, attracting unnecessary attention to our limited “safe spaces”
Now we see all things have come to a head, the Star News has picked up on it from the same Police officers in my previous post on this who had to make 2 other visits to the venue to enforce the Noise Abatement Act and seize sound system equipment. The Star it seems also sent an operative inside the venue and there it goes embellished and splashed across the headlines with the address and happenings there.
We aren’t fools, Star News we know how you operate!
Of course Club Boyz now has to close its doors for our own safety.
When will we learn?

Star Headline, Noisy Gay Men Evicted

A group of boisterous homosexuals who had been disturbing the community of Chevy Chase in Havendale, St Andrew, were evicted on Monday after residents complained to both police and the owner of the property about the men’s behaviour.
The residents said the men had moved into the normally quiet community and had made their lives a living hell with their partying and raucous behaviour.
The residents said the house was leased by a man who appeared to be gay last week. The lease agreement was supposed to take effect this week. But, the men moved in and started partying and disturbing the community almost immediately. The men were evicted after residents complained to the owner who called the police to help in their eviction.

Let The Gay Pay?

Really now? in today’s Tell Me Pastor column a writer insists that gays must be put to death because the bible says so, I am glad that good sense prevailed through the pastor’s answer.

Funny how persons are quick to draw on the bible for their own agenda or what suits them and totally forget everything else as if alledged sins are not equal. At least this round he responds favourably and describes the writer as a nut (his response is in blue)

What you think?

Let the gay pay
Dear Pastor,
One of our major problems in today’s society is the willingness to yield to misconduct amid pressure. In times past, God gave strict orders for persons to be put to death for copulating with someone of the same sex, as with the opposite sex. In Jamaica today, there’s a daily increase in homosexuality, in all walks of life. Jamaica is known for its violently homophobic culture, yet millions here are becoming gays.
Don’t you think a law should be administered against homosexuals as they are already giving up their human rights by forsaking God’s command and lying with another man?
O.S., St Andrew, Jamaica

Dear O.S.,
You are a nut. Yes, a nut. It is only a religious nut who would advocate that homosexuals be killed. The Bible condemns homosexuality. It is clearly outlined that that lifestyle is not sanctioned by God. Two men should not have sex with each other. Neither should two women. But you don’t have the right to kill them.
The Bible says that women who commit adultery should be stoned. Would you be willing to stone our women (and men too) who have committed adultery?
Pastor

A Portmore senior citizen, who allegedly dressed as a woman in an attempt to attack another elderly man recently, found himself in trouble with the law.
On June 27, Glenmore ‘Gabba’ Johnson, 65, of Garveymeade, Portmore, St Catherine, reportedly uttered a serious threat to a man with whom he had an argument.
The police report that Johnson had an argument with one of his friends. During the argument, Johnson allegedly threatened the man and left. He reportedly returned later dressed as a woman in a black spandex dress, a multicoloured wig and a walking stick.

The police reported that Johnson told the man in their presence, “a must kill him today, a must kill him, him nah get weh.” Johnson was subsequently charged.
When the case appeared in the Spanish Town Resident Magis-trate’s court on Tuesday, the senior citizen did not answer to his name. The police, however, promised to locate him.

PHONE FOUND IN GANGSTA, DON’S BUTT……..a real battyman dis LOL

Mobile rang in man’s body during police search!!!

Tesha Miller, the reputed leader of the Clansman gang, could be charged with possession of contraband after the police took a cellphone from his butt yesterday.
Miller, who is currently incarcerated at the Horizon Remand Centre, was initially arrested after he was alleged to have breached the conditions of his bail.
THE STAR was told that a search of the accused man’s cell was organised after police believed he had a cellphone in his possession. The police theorised that he had been using the device to contact his cronies.
An initial search of his cell found one cellphone; however, as the police were about to leave, another device rang.

Gloves used
This led to a further search and after combing the cell thoroughly again, it was discovered that the device was inside the accused man’s body. Gloves were said to have been requested, and the phone retrieved from the man’s body.
In a release last night, the Constabulary Communication Network said the phone was was found in Miller’s rectum.
The police also found a cellular charger and Vaseline in the cell. The call record on Miller’s phone is currently being processed by the police in order to ascertain who he had been in contact with since he was taken into custody. Prior to his latest incarceration, the accused man was out on bail and as a condition of the agreement, was required to be at home. THE STAR learnt that the police had visited his home on several occasions only to find that he was not there. He was subsequently arrested.
He was charged with four counts of murder and three counts of shooting in 2005, but fled the island for the United States. He was deported to Jamaica last year by United States authorities and later convicted for absconding bail, for which he served nine months in prison.

no sah we had to publish this one fully…wat a ting, this is a REAL BATTYMAN

Doc gets bail for sexual offence … again, hhhhmmmm curious

Rasbert Turner, Star Writer
Spanish Town
A medical doctor and another man who are both charged with buggery were granted bail when they appeared in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
It took great effort from the defence to secure bail for the doctor as the crown opposed his bail saying he is charged with a another sexual offence currently before the Corporate Area RM Court.
The RM told the accused man’s lawyer that sections of the Bail Act would be applied as the doctor has been charged with a crime while on bail for a similar offence.
The lawyer, however, while conceding that the RM was right, told the court that his client has always turned up for his cases and will continue to do so. Following this, he was granted $250,000 bail. The co-accused was granted $150,000 bail. Both men will return to court on July 18.
Allegations are that on June 26, a 23-year-old man was lured to an apartment occupied by the doctor and four others. There, the court heard, he was held at gunpoint and all four took turns, sexually molesting him. He was also attacked the following day and had to run.
Police had originally held four men but two were later released. The police say they are searching for two other men in connection with the incident.
Both accused travel documents were seized and they are to report to Spanish Town Police station, Mondays and Fridays between 7am and 7pm – a fact the Star conveniently omitted.
here are some questions here that need asking
1. was the so called victim up for this in the first place?
2. why didn’t he report the matter to the police?
3. since the act was so gruesome why didn’t he come back with a mob as usually happens when gays are accused?
4. why didn’t he leave the area then? …….that he was allegedly attacked again
5. were all the accused tested by a doctor and a report produced?
6. why were two of the accused released?
7. was the victim tested by a doctor and found to be penetrated penally?
8. why was the doctor given bail again? seeing he is already on a previous charge
9. was the doctor in St. Catherine at the time of the incident ?
10. why are the date so conflicting? first we heard March and then June
11. where are the gun(s)?
this case seems peculiar….let’s hear your views

Buggerer gets four years

Barbara Gayle,

A 48-year-old man who admitted having 11 previous convictions for sexually molesting young boys has been jailed for four years for indecent assault on a young boy.
Norman Hoffman, security guard, of Maxfield Avenue, Kingston 11, pleaded guilty to the charge when he appeared in the Home Circuit Court last month. Sentencing was put off until yesterday
Hoffman admitted 11 previous convictions for offences of buggery and gross indecency committed on young boys. He is the father of five children 19 to 29 years.
Summer camp
The court was told that Hoffman went to a church in the Corporate Area and said he was a Christian. He was subsequently appointed youth director. He took some boys to a summer camp last year and reports were made to the police that he sexually assaulted one of the boys.
Attorney-at-law Melrose Reid made an impassioned plea for leniency for Hoffman. She said Hoffman was very sorry for what had happened and was willing to get counselling.
Miss Justice Kay Beckford put off sentencing until yesterday to allow Hoffman to get counselling while in custody.
The judge in sentencing Hoffman said she had to send him to prison because he was a habitual sex offender.

What’s wrong wid Bounty Killer?

Click the Post Title or pic for the story, eh eh mi nuh know a wah do Bounty, damage control afta di Guyana embarrassment …………………… whoaaaa!

(The following is the first of a three-part interview done with Bounty Killer. Look out for part two and three on Thursday and Friday.)
A cross and angry Rodney ‘Bounty Killer’ Price spoke out for the first time about his recent European tour that saw three shows being cancelled ,allegedly because of gay activist groups.
It was reported that gay human rights groups had coordinated a European-wide campaign to halt Bounty’s Deadly Alliance tour of the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Italy, England and Switzerland, and were successful in stopping concerts in Bradford and Birmingham, England, and another in Essen, Germany.
Successful tour
However, Bounty Killer in an exclusive interview with THE STAR says on the contrary, his European tour was very much a success and that gay activist groups were only exaggerating that they were successful in stopping a number of the shows.
“It was a successful tour in terms of meeting and greeting and connecting with the people. The tour lasted for four weeks, we did a week in London and then three weeks in Europe. They (gay activists) cancelled like three concerts out of 21, so all yuh hear dem a talk bout gay dis and gay dat, they were just exaggerating, they always try to exaggerate bout they cancel show,” Bounty said.
A violence thing
He continued, “Di show in Birmingham, it was a violence thing that was going on in Birmingham in the black community and they (promoters) were feeling like it was very dangerous to try and get Bounty and Mavado in dis place at this moment, it wasn’t any gay-bashing thing because if that was the case, we couldn’t go in London.”
“London is the heart of it, yuh understand, so if it was a gay problem, why Birmingham would have a problem and London don’t have a problem? London show is the biggest one and that’s the most successful one, dat’s di one they would have tried to stop, not the little one down Birmingham. So it was just a violence thing in Birmingham and they came ’bout it’s a gay thing. Even di concert wey dem claim dem cancel a Germany, a Munich, dem cancel di show inna di day an wi have to guh to court di afternoon and won,” Bounty said.
So despite these minor setbacks, Bounty says, “the tour went well, but most people never want to see it a success, but it was a success … yea because they expect that we were going to get turn back like Sizzla an all these things, they try but it jus neva work.”
Artistes Need To Unite
Bounty says he is also calling on dancehall artistes to “be more unified in the fight against gays, ca’ if wi nuh unite, wi will neva win dis battle.”
“The artistes, they are not for the music, they are for the success, and the wealth and all this excitement and super stardom. Ca’ for instance, if there wasn’t a Bounty, a Beenie, a Buju, a Ele, a Capleton, a Sizzla an it was jus a Kartel an a Mavado, where di music would be? Or if it was jus a Bounty an a Beenie an no Mavado an no Kartel an no Buju an Capleton, wey di music woulda be?”
“When these artistes see other artistes going through problems like what happening to Sizzla now, yuh know nuff a dem a laugh, like … Beenie, mi know him a laugh. ‘Cause …. sey dem ban Bounty an Mavado an dem call him (Beenie) fi do di show an him run gone pon it. How you mus ban my fellow Jamaican an den you guh bond wid dem?” Bounty questioned.
According to Bounty, some of these artistes are not concerned about their culture,”these artistes nuh care if yuh nuh love Jamaica … ’cause dem only a do dis fi come model pon Killa, dem jus waan have more money dan Bounty Killa, dem nuh business if Jamaica sink tomorrow.”
